Joe Stehle

Owner, Facet & Co.

Second generation jeweler Joe Stehle is an extremely active member of JHJ, who has over 25 years in the business under his belt. He has worked in many areas of the jewelry industry, from retail management to service to the trade and store ownership. Joe credits his success to education, having a diverse background and the wisdom of good friends.

As a core member of the JHJ Community, he believes its success is built on the power of knowledge and number of members.  “Sharing knowledge is paramount to becoming successful. If the wisdom of previous generations isn’t shared, it simply goes away. It doesn’t happen overnight, it happens little by little without anyone noticing, and then one day it’s just gone.”

Joe’s favorite thing about JHJ is sharing experiences, and learning new ideas. He is currently in the process of opening a new small shop in historic Virginia City, NV early this summer, and will specialize in vintage & reproduction jewelry from the Victorian Era thru Art Deco, repairs and other bench work.  Connect with Joe on JHJ for bench and repair questions, information on vintage and reproduction era jewelry, and solid advice on the industry.
