JHJ’s Gaurav Verma is 3rd generation in the jewelry industry, with experience in many different facets of the trade. In his teenage years he spent most of his time in his parents retail jewelry store. After graduation, he went to medical school, but his love of the jewelry trade kept calling. 

During the gold rush in the recession Gaurav and his brother Amit opened a plethora a of estate buying shops along the east coast where they were purchasing various estate items from the public. Having purchased some of the worlds rarest gems and signed pieces, their appetite for beautiful jewelry grew stronger. 

Fast forward to today, and the VERMA is one of the worlds largest retailers of antique & vintage bridal jewelry. The VERMA GROUP is a conglomerate of 2 retail locations, 2 pawnshops, 2 estate buying offices and an immense online and social media presence.
