Elliott Herzlich

Time and technology has brought many changes to the jewelry industry, but JHJ’s Elliott Herzlich has kept his core business model the same.

“I love the jewelry business because it provides me with the opportunity to create beautiful, memorable and emotional pieces for customers who become lifelong friends. I get to be part of so many important celebrations in life, including marriage proposals, anniversaries and birthdays. How great is that?”

Elliott Herzlich

Elliott, who lives in Clarksville, Tennessee with his wife, Dr. Alisa White President of Austin Peay State University, said, “My business business model remains the same as it did 40 years ago but is now enhanced by all the new tools, apps and services provided in today’s market place.  Learning the technology can be a daunting task but it is easy to find answers through Jewelers Helping Jewelers. JHJ has members with deep knowledge in many areas and will help you to become more efficient.”

Elliott is also deeply involved in his local community, and finds that this involvement has become a necessary and vital part of building his business.
